Igbekun, a 2007 project, is a drama/dance piece in the Yoruba tradition featuring live theatre, dynamic dances, powerful drumming and elaborate costumes.
Thank you again for your visit here which was very well received. Your ways of teaching were absolutely amazing and we all loved it.

The tour can also be accompanied by an educated outreach program for schools and community groups.

During the week commencing the cast of the show will visit local schools to run workshops, in close collaboration with the arts teacher or co-ordinator.

All our performers have a broad knowledge of the traditional and contemporary artistic skills and history of their respectful cultures and their impact on the cultural heritage within Britain.

Pupils will have the opportunity to work along side artists to broaden their experience and develop their knowledge of African crafts, traditions and culture, with the chance to take part in and benefit from workshop activities.
