This show will be available national and internationally from September 2008. It is also Osun Arts Foundation's contribution to Liverpool's European Capital of Culture Celebrations in the UK in 2008.

Forthcoming Events

The tour for our brand new performance, 'Moremi', is now underway. 'Moremi' is an African epic of romance, sacrifice and bravery in the Yoruba tradition. It's divided into six chapters and features theatre, dynamic dance, masquerade, traditional dialogue, powerful music and elaborate costume. Moremi is a woman who, in order to seek peace in a world of uncertainty, stakes her life for the benefit of her people. Come along and learn how, through great risk to herself and the inhabitants of Ile-Ife, she conquers the mysterious spirits of the Ugbo tribe.Metro newspaper says: 'an exuberant show that focuses on West African experience...the hottest tickets in town'!

St John Fishers Primary School 2-6 Febuary 2009. We will encourage, enphuse and, entertain participants involved in our workshops.
Sudley Primary School May18-22 2009. Cookery, Dance, Story telling and, Drama are some of the activies we are able to offer and deliver as workshops in schools.
John Beddors School July The dance and peformance that are produced as an outcome of the days activities within schools, will reflect the new knowledge and understanding of some of the cultural traditionals.
